Talkward × Calendly
Let customers book appointments from the conversation
One click and the customer gets your booking link with name and email pre-filled, by chat, WhatsApp or email. The booking comes back into the conversation and the customer record. If you want, the AI suggests the appointment too.
Sound familiar? Three moments where an appointment beats ten messages.
Some questions no chat can solve. Then you need a call, and getting there must not cost another five messages.
“When would suit you?”
The customer suggests Tuesday, you can do Wednesday, they reply on Thursday. Three days for an appointment that takes ten minutes.
The link is somewhere in the browser.
For every customer open the Calendly page, copy the link, paste it into the chat. And then the customer types name and email once more.
Did they book or not?
The booking lands in your calendar, the conversation stays open without a reply. At the next contact nobody on the team knows an appointment is already set.
With Talkward you send the booking link from the conversation, pre-filled and linked to the thread. When the customer books, it shows in the conversation and in their record.
Three occasions for the appointment button
When merchants send the link.
The calendar button sits in the conversation’s reply box, on the web and in the app. You pick the event type, the rest is pre-filled.
Advice before the purchase
A customer is unsure which product fits. The AI answers the basics and offers a 15-minute consultation if you release that event type to it.
Callback for a complaint
Instead of sorting a complaint over twenty messages, your team sends a callback slot. The customer books, your team calls prepared.
Bulk order or B2B
When a reseller or business customer asks for terms, the link to the sales call goes out. The booking sits in the record, the team sees the reason.
How the integration worksLink out, booking back.
You sign in to Talkward once with your Calendly account. From then on your event types are in the appointment button. Every link carries the customer’s name and email and a marker for the conversation, so Talkward can match the booking to the right thread. Calendly reports bookings, cancellations and reschedules back; they appear as a line in the conversation, the conversation becomes unread again, and the customer record lists all of the customer’s appointments.
Appointment button in the reply box
On the web and in the app. Pick the event type, send. The customer’s name and email are already in the link, they only choose the time.
The AI suggests the appointment
Per event type you decide whether the AI agent may offer it. Then it offers the link when a conversation calls for advice or a callback, labelled as an AI reply.
Booking, cancellation, reschedule
Every change comes as a line into the conversation and into the “Appointments” section of the customer record. If the customer reschedules, you see the new appointment, not two old ones.
One account, revocable
One Calendly account per workspace, sign-in through Calendly itself. Disconnecting revokes the sign-in. Without a Calendly plan with webhooks, Talkward fetches bookings every five minutes.

Questions about the Calendly integration
Question not listed? Write to us at hey@talkward.app.
Does the customer have to enter their details again?
No. The link already fills name and email from the conversation into the booking page. The customer only picks the time.
How does Talkward know which conversation a booking belongs to?
Every link carries a marker for the conversation. If the customer books through it, the booking lands right there. If they book without the link, Talkward matches it to the most recent conversation with the same email address.
Can the AI offer appointments?
Yes, you release that per event type. Then the AI agent offers the link when a conversation calls for advice or a callback, labelled as an AI reply. It is off by default.
Do I need a paid Calendly plan?
No. With a Calendly plan that has webhooks, bookings arrive instantly. On the free plan Talkward fetches them every five minutes.
What does the Calendly integration cost?
Nothing extra at Talkward, included from Basic. Your Calendly account is billed by Calendly at its own rates. One Calendly account per workspace.
