Can Talkward handle my Amazon messages?
Yes, Amazon buyer messages are a channel of the brand, with order number and 24-hour deadline. eBay, Otto Market and Kaufland.de are planned.
What happens to old tickets?
Talkward does not import eDesk tickets. Work through open tickets in eDesk, new messages arrive in Talkward.
Does Talkward bill per user?
No. One price per plan, Basic €79 to Advanced €279 per month (provisional, net), with 5 to 25 agents per plan.
Where is my data stored?
Storage in ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified data centres in Nuremberg, separated per merchant. Translation by DeepL (Cologne), AI by Mistral (Paris). “Europe only” option per brand. Without “Europe only”, Claude generates the AI replies, either in Frankfurt (AWS) or in the US (Anthropic). You receive a data processing agreement listing all sub-processors before the start.
I sell mainly on marketplaces. Should I switch?
