Which plan includes automations?
Professional and up, at no extra cost. Blocks for shop, shipping, Calendly, Salesforce, critical alerts, Claude or ChatGPT need the matching add-on.
Do I need to code?
No. You drag blocks onto the canvas and connect them. If you like, describe the automation in one sentence and let the AI build the draft.
What happens if the customer writes in the middle of it?
You decide per automation: keep running or stop as soon as the customer or the team writes, the conversation is done or the team takes over.
Can I test an automation safely?
Yes. The test run shows step by step what would happen without sending anything. It only becomes active when you publish, and earlier versions are kept.
Can I see what an automation did?
Yes. The conversation history shows which automation acted, and one click opens the flow in the editor. A/B test results are shown under “Numbers”.
