Can I take my WhatsApp number with me?
Yes. The number belongs to you and your Meta business account. You connect it to Talkward; we help with the switch because Meta requires a few steps.
Is the chat history carried over?
No, Talkward does not import conversations from Superchat. New messages arrive in Talkward, the history rebuilds from the first contact.
What does WhatsApp cost with Talkward?
Talkward charges nothing extra. Meta bills conversations directly to you: conversations started by the customer are currently free, templates cost per message and country.
Are there WhatsApp campaigns?
Not yet; campaigns to contact lists are in preparation. If campaigns are your main need today, Superchat remains the better fit.
