Talkward × Lieder
A song about your brand for every order
Your store sings. About the order that flies in on a Monday night, the parcel on its road trip or the mishap that just happens. Funny, in any style from hip hop to afrobeats to pop punk, sent automatically. And without customer data leaving your store.
Sound familiar? Three moments everyone forgets.
Every store sends confirmations, shipping emails and apologies. Nobody reads them twice. If you want to stick, you need something only you can send.
“Thank you for your order.”
It is in every confirmation and sounds the same everywhere. The customer looks for the tracking number and forgets you until the next parcel.
“Unfortunately nobody is available right now.”
The customer writes and nobody answers. A stock sentence does not make it better, rather worse. Yet this would be the perfect moment for a wink.
The campaign nobody shares.
Ten percent off, a sticker in the box. Nice, but nobody shows that to their sister. You pay for attention that is gone after a minute.
Talkward lets your store sing a song: about your team, the weekday, the ordered items and everything you can now do with them. The automation sends it, you read the replies.
Six moments, six songs. And what they can spark.
A song fits wherever a stock sentence would otherwise go. Here are a few ideas: which way it arrives and what it can do.
-
WhatsAppOrder received
Monday, 7:07 pm. An order. The team goes wild.
Possible effect
- Gets forwarded: family, friends, stories. Your store lands in chats no ad ever reaches.
- A transaction turns into an experience people remember at the next purchase.
- The customer replies. A good moment to ask for a review.
-
EmailParcel on its way
The shipping email people listen to twice.
Haferhain
Your parcel is going on a road trip 🚚🎵
Hey Jonas, your Peanut Crunch left the warehouse today and is on its way to you. To keep the ride fun, it got its own song. Tracking number and link are below as always.
Road trip song for Jonas1:15Possible effect
- The shipping email gets opened instead of skimmed, because there is a surprise inside.
- Anticipation instead of impatience: people who feel entertained ask “where is my parcel?” less often.
-
Web chatWaiting in the chat
Everyone busy? Then there is music while you wait.
Possible effect
- The wait feels shorter. People who are entertained drop off less often.
- The customer decides with “yes”. No song nobody asked for.
- The conversation starts in a good mood instead of impatience.
-
WhatsAppNobody reached
Friday, 10:40 pm. Nobody left. Still an answer.
Possible effect
- Annoyance about waiting turns into a smile. The mood does not tip over.
- The promise “by tomorrow 10 am” is in the song and in the message. Clear expectation, fewer follow-ups.
-
EmailApology (mishap)
When the warehouse messes up: better sing than sugar-coat.
Haferhain
We messed up. Here is our apology song
Hi Sarah, something went wrong with your order on our side, we are sorry. The fix is already on its way. Until then: a song in which the whole team is properly embarrassed.
Sorry, Sarah1:15Possible effect
- Self-irony disarms. A song shows there are people behind it, not canned text.
- Can soften a bad review before it gets written.
-
InstagramThanks for the review
Got five stars? Sing back.
Possible effect
- Lands in stories and posts. Real customers show your store to their followers.
- People celebrated for feedback happily give more.
Really generated with Talkward, template as in the step, shortened. The customer’s name is only in the player title and the message, never in the song: the music service gets no customer data. The effects are expectations from everyday customer service, not measured numbers. Try it with your customers and see in the inbox what comes back.
Ready-made occasions, free to rewrite
Order, radio silence or mishap. A song for every moment.
The “Send song” step comes with occasions and funny templates: order received, parcel on its way, nobody reached, apology, thanks for the review, seasonal greeting. Pick one, turn a few knobs, done.
Order received
“Breaking news at Haferhain: Monday night, and an order just flew in!” The team celebrates, the ordered items make it into the chorus, along with everything you can now do with them.
Nobody reached
Nobody around just now? The store apologises in style, promises to do better and an answer “by tomorrow 10 am”, greetings from Tobias at Haferhain. Just write deadline and greeting into the text.
Apology
Parcel late, item sold out, chaos in the warehouse: a self-mocking song takes the edge off before your team sends the fix.
How the song worksTemplate in, finished song out.
You add the “Send song” step to your automations, pick an occasion and rewrite the template to your taste, for example: “Breaking news at {{marke.firma}}: it is {{wochentag}} {{tageszeit}} and an order just flew in. In the box: {{bestellung.positionen}}.” Click placeholders, drag them into the field or type {{. Talkward fills the template, the AI turns it into lyrics, the music service sings them in your style, and the song goes out as audio into the customer’s channel. It arrives after one to three minutes.
Any style, any language
Hip hop, afrobeats, lo-fi, R&B, pop punk, EDM or even a ballad, cheeky or solemn: you set the style freely. Talkward takes the language from the conversation, or you fix it.
Placeholders as buttons
Drag company, date, weekday, time of day, season and the ordered items into the text as blue buttons. A preview shows right away how it sounds with a sample customer.
Automation instead of handwork
The trigger is a step in your automations: after the order, on shipping, when nobody answers or after a review. “Next” and “error” outputs like everywhere else.
No customer data leaves
The song is about your store, not about a person. The music service only gets company, time, item names, style and your text; no name, no address, no order number. Only the accompanying message addresses the customer, and it stays with Talkward.

The song sits in the conversation, and so does the reply.

Questions about the songs
Question not listed? Write to us at hey@talkward.app.
What does such a song sound like?
Like a real song with vocals, instruments and a chorus, one to three minutes long, in the style you set: hip hop, afrobeats, lo-fi, R&B, pop punk, EDM or even a ballad, cheeky or solemn. The AI writes the lyrics from your template.
What can I use it for?
For every moment an automation detects: order received, parcel on its way, nobody reached, apology after a mishap, thanks for the review, seasonal greeting or your own idea.
Can I change the templates?
Yes, completely. Every occasion comes with a funny template that you rewrite freely. Click placeholders like company, weekday, time of day or the ordered items, drag them into the field or type {{. A preview shows right away how it sounds with a sample customer, and you can listen to a test song straight away.
Which data leaves for this?
No customer data. The song is about your store, not about a person: the music service only gets company name, date, time of day, item names, language and style. It does not learn who the song is for. Only the accompanying message addresses the customer, and it stays with Talkward.
In which channels does the song arrive?
As an audio attachment in web chat, WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Facebook. On marketplaces without attachments, such as eBay, no song is sent.
What does the extension cost?
€39 per month with 100 songs, each further one €0.19. From Professional, cancel monthly. All prices are provisional and net.
